Significant improvements needed in cleanliness, especially regarding dirty floors and foul odors in rooms!!! !!! The parking situation is frustrating and could be better managed!!!

The rooms were incredibly spacious and offered some unique layouts, but the cleanliness was a huge letdown. The photos were misleading and the facilities, like the pool, were closed. I wouldn’t go back.

First off, those chopped salads near Mei Thai are to die for! Perfectly crisp with flavors that pop like it's happy hour. The staff was super nice and helpful. The King Studio Suite was spacious enough to feel like a mini condo.

Should've known this was gonna be rough when the lobby bathroom was dirtier than a muddy dog at the beach. The room wasn't much better—dirty towels, sticky floors, and who knows what those stains on the curtains came from. We bailed at 1AM when the roaches decided to join the party.

My family and I had a rough start to our stay. The room we were first given was dirty, and we found dirty sheets and towels. After requesting a new room, things got slightly better, although the noise from parties nearby kept us up. Thankfully, we managed to enjoy the nearby parks during the day, which made the trip worth it. the size of the room was alright, but it didn't make up for the other issues we faced.
